At The Goodwood Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund or exchange notification once processed.
